公司鏡頭收購sony在 5月推出全新旗艦機Xperia 1 VII，但在不到兩個月的時間，從日本開始一路到台灣、香港都傳出「死機災情」，且災情正在蔓延中。對此，官方緊急公告暫停全系列銷售，包含日、台、港皆如此，目前正在正查相關原因，若有最新消息將會儘速公布。

根據消費者災情回報，近期出現Xperia 1 VII會發生意外關機、重新啟動，甚至是到無法開機的問題，對此，災情一路從日本開始蔓延到台港，官方也注意到相關災情，在昨日發出公告表示，「已注意到Xperia 1 VII在使用過程中偶爾會出現關機、重新啟動或無法開機等問題。由於此原因，暫時停止該產品的出貨和銷售。」
對此，官方正積極正在調查原因，若有進一步更新。將盡快提供相關資訊與對應方法，但呼籲所有用戶，先備份所有重要資料，靜待後續調查公告，若發生異常，可以嘗試電源按鈕和音量鍵(+) 約20秒進行強制重啟，或是聯絡客服協助。
